General terms & conditions

All sales are final. Yarn which has been wound may not be returned.  Items may be returned for store credit. Store credit may be used in-store or with a phone order.  We are happy to accept yarn in its original state as a return within 30 days of purchase. Please call the shop (757-802-9229) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to make arrangements.  Return shipping is paid for by the customer, unless you received an incorrect or defective item.  We are not responsible for a return order that does not reach our shop or was damaged in shipping. Store credit will be issued when the items are received.  Yarn is wound only if the customer requests it in the notes section at checkout.
