Shipping & returns

All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service 1st class or Priority Mail. Orders will ship one to three days after placing the order.

We are happy to accept yarn in its original state as a return within 30 days. Please call the shop (757-802-9229) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to make arrangements.  Return shipping is paid for by the customer, unless you received an incorrect or defective item.  We are not responsible for a return order that does not reach our shop or was damaged in shipping. Store credit will be issued when the items are received.
